1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FUSPro Verify - Certification & Verification Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use this platform.

2. Definitions

• "Federation" refers to the Federation of Uganda Salons & Beauty Professionals (FUSPro).
• "System" refers to FUSPro Verify and all its services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who registers on this platform.
• "Salon Name" refers to a registered salon identity under the Federation.
• "Certificate" refers to a digitally verifiable document issued by the Federation.

3. Eligibility

You must be a salon or beauty professional operating within Uganda to register. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Membership & Registration

• Registration creates a membership profile under the Federation.
• Membership becomes active only after all required information is submitted and any applicable fees are paid.
• Members can register salon names for certification under their membership.
• Core identity information cannot be modified after submission without administrative approval.

5. Certification

• Certification is issued only after a structured verification process.
• Certificates are tied to specific salon names and contain unique, digitally verifiable identifiers.
• Certificates have defined validity periods and must be renewed.
• The Federation reserves the right to suspend or revoke certificates for non-compliance.

6. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep account credentials confidential.
• Not misrepresent your identity or salon details.
• Comply with all Federation standards and regulations.
• Not attempt to tamper with, bypass, or manipulate system processes.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting fraudulent or duplicate registrations.
• Modifying or forging certificates.
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Using the platform for purposes unrelated to Federation membership and certification.

8. Payment Terms

Membership fees, where applicable, must be paid as stipulated. Non-payment may result in membership suspension and certificate deactivation. The Federation does not offer refunds for completed certifications.

9. Data Integrity & Audit

All actions within the system are logged for compliance and audit purposes. Submitted evidence and verification data cannot be altered post-submission. The Federation maintains immutable audit trails.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Federation is not liable for any losses resulting from misuse of the system, inaccurate user submissions, or third-party actions. This system certifies against Federation standards only and does not replace government licensing or municipal permits.

11. Termination

The Federation reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or fails to meet compliance requirements.

12. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
